They were fast and thorough after I hit a deer and needed work. Since the place works directly with Geico and Enterprise, it was fast, easy, convenient, and cheaper than expected. Had my car back withon the week.

The car had been repaired at that abra previously and a bolt had fallen out of the door bracket. It was requested to be repaired and it wasn’t. It also appears the gap between the repaired fender and the hood is larger than on the side tha wasn’t repaired. I paid over the phone and went to pick up after hours as the shop is 30 minutes from my home. I had to leave the car there so they could address the above and now will need to travel back 30 minutes unless the car can be delivered to my hone given the inconvenience.

This is my second experience at Abra and I am extremely happy with them. Matt Muncie is wonderful to work with I brought my vehicle in on a Monday morning and had it back late Tuesday afternoon. I could also tell they cleaned the inside which I really appreciate. The Geico representative was also great!
