Collision Care

I brought my truck back so that Collison Care could replace a key and go have it programmed. When they took the truck for the key the service deptment noticed a recall on my truck. I didn't not give Collison Care nor the Dealship service deptment authorization to repair the recall. I wasn't called to get authorization from either place. Casey left a message stating it was done. I would have NEVER authorized for the Ford dealership on New Circle Road to do my truck because I haven't had good service with them. Now I'm dealing with a gas tank light staying on.

Collision Care restores to new condition. I have used them many times over the years and would never consider taking a car with body damage elsewhere.

The radiator hose came off while I was driving and caused my car to overheat and sprayed coolant all over the engine. I cannot drive the car because it overheats.
