I wanted my hood repaired & I asked if it could be repaired by buffing & was told it could & the price was included in my additional repairs. I would have liked the Collision center to tell me the scratches could not be buffed out before I picked up my car. I would have chosen to get an estimate how much to fix it & if reasonable fixed. I now can’t get a clear bra on my front bumber because the hood is included in all one piece & the hood is not repaired.

The update system didn't do a very good job of updating me. It said on 2 different days my car was fire to be completed and it wasn't. It was not until 2 days later that it updated again too another date which was still not correct. Granted GIECO paid for my rental but it sure would have made me agreeif I were paying for this repair and it went from 10 days to almost a month!
