Although I was ultimately satisfied my first attempt to pick up my vehicle was not a good experience as my vehicle was not yet repaired correctly. My second attempt also was disappointing as the paint job had some problems. I believe there is a need for more attention to Quality Control before a customer has to point out the problems or lack of correct repairs. I lost time from work each time I came to pick up my vehicle and that was unnecessary had my vehicle been checked thoroughly for repairs before I arrived.

I asked to bring my car back in the morning because my hours are the same as the hours of the shop. It was very inconvenient for me to have to leave work when i was just asking to come the next morning. Then i received a call from the car rental place the next day saying to bring the car back and i had already left it. I haven’t even heard back about my deposit being returned. This collision center really needs evening and/or weekend hours for working individuals.
