Pick my car up notice that the bumper was painted perfectly on where the damage was on the other side it's visibly a different color I spoke to the manager he stated that this bumper was a different color then my car he admitted to me that the **** sprayed the entire bumper with clear coat or whatever but only the damage Side was painted now my nice white car has a tan side on the rear bumper ? Sure I can see that the front and rear bumper what is as white as the white car but it's not tan either and if he knew that the bumper wasn't the same color as the white car why he paint the repair side the same color as the car if my bumpers are not the color of the car? Second the door jam where the damage was also has a clearly unprofessional paint job which is visible to the eye all I'm asking is if my bumper can be painted one color be it the bumper color or the color the body shop made the damage area and the repainting of the door jam

I was completely satisfied that the outside of my Jeep was done great. However it was not later that I discovered that on side where the Jeep had been repaired the inside on that particular side was left filthy. The back seat of that area was left with some type of substance that I assume came from the repair because that was not there before. I barely use my back seats, but it is a mess. Wes the car rental guy was amazing, I enjoyed my interaction with him.

I was surprised that the repairs cost as much as they did, and that it took so long - even longer than expected. Also, I had to return to get something fixed.
Still, overall, the personnel was helpful and friendly and I would come back - but hopefully wont need to.

When I received my 2015 Chevy Tahoe I found old parts laying in it. My seats were completely down and when I raised the single back seat and found another spare part. This part had two long screws sticking through my leather seats. The manager said they would make it right by repairing my seat. I have not heard anything from anyone yet.
