I just think that when your car is ready it should be ready. There was a gap in the bumper reflector which I was told that a clip was not clipped in therefore causing the screw not to be tightened properly. Paint job had scratches in it which had to be sanded down. Lost my Mickey ears 3.**** magnet. Didn't replace the lisence plate cover. I also believe that the color is off, but that could be just a matter of opinion. These things may sound miniscule, but it shows that this was a rush job. And because of the geico xpress, I'm thinking that it was to get out of the way to make room for other jobs. Anyone could have recognized those things. I appreciate the detailing, however, you did not need to do the interior. Now I can't tell what is rattling because everything has been moved around. Otherwise, the staff I personally dealt with were very pleasant and fixed all but the plate holder when I picked up the car. I chose Anderson because several years ago I had work done there twice without any problems. That was before this geico xpress thing. Now I know that I'm just a number and not an actual person with these mistakes. I also fault geico because they probably tell you to do it quick and cheap. It showed. I also feel that when I took my car in that I requested an alignment to be done was out of the ordinary. I just serviced my car less than two weeks earlier and everything was in order for warranty purposes. I'm beginning to wonder if the whole car was inspected by you. Just because it was a rear end collision doesn't mean that the impact could have done any other damage due to the forces put upon it. Now I need to find time to have my dealership double check. Thank you for your services. If ever I'm in an accident again I will consider others first.
