Everyone I spoke with was professional and courteous. When I first picked it up today, there was a problem that had been fine when I dropped it off on Tuesday and although it wasn't within the scope of the original repair, they fixed it quickly because it broke while in their care.

I was told that the job was completed. When I got there I found that the finish was not properly done. I got the shop supervisor to inspect it who decided to hold the vehicle over the weekend to complete the job. My other issue is that I had to cover part of the cost for the extra four days rental car. I don't think this is good service; I should have the same coverage that I had during the time of the regular repair. I'm not sure what recommendation I can give you.
