The e-mail updates on the status of the repair and estimated time of completion were appreciated. I also appreciated that staff stepped in and helped each other, making things run more smoothly. When I came to pick up my car, I was waiting while Tanisha was finishing up with another client and her colleague stepped in to process my pick up(it was the woman at the desk next to Tanisha, the first desk next to the door and window, I didn't catch her name.) The staff I engaged with were pleasant and friendly.

For some reason, the glove compartment was ransacked and a mess when I picked up my car. That was not how I dropped it off. I only had loose change and some odds and ends but was disappointed to see that.
Body work was done well and I appreciate that it was done efficiently.
