I'd like to begin by thanking whom ever is in charge of setting up the procedures when a customer brings in their car for repairs. I was greeted at the door and treated with courteous professionalism. The gentleman explained the procedures of my dropping off my vehicle for repair and told me to speak with the young lady at the next desk who would then set me up with my rental vehicle. Everything went smoothly and i am happy to report i was driving out of there within 15. minutes. All of my paperwork was processed and expeditiously taken care of. When i returned to pick up my vehicle i was again treated with a very professional staff...both from AB and while returning the rental vehicle to Enterprise staff. I was directed to check the repair on my vehicle..i was extremely estatic when i saw how perfectly the repair was done. In addition my vehicle was dirty when i dropped it off and when i picked it up it was spotless inside and out. I thought this was a really nice thing to do. I will finish by saying my experience with AB and Enterprise was excellent..i have already told my friends about it AND while telling my co worker earlier she stated she would bring her son and his car to A B for repairs from an accident he just had. Thank you thank you.It has been a pleasure.

From the moment I drove into the lot you were all kind caring and professional. I was so upset about the damage to my car, but you assured me all would be fine... It was better than fine, my car looks brand new!
