Work was done basically on time, I was regularly updated on progress. While your texting is automated some additional information from time to time would make better.

I was very satisfied with the work done on my car. I was disappointed with the interior clean up though. I keep the car extremely clean and that’s the way it was delivered to you. After getting it back, the windshield washer didn’t work because the hose had not been reconnected, there was a tool left in the engine compartment, and whatever solution was used to clean inside left the cargo mat a permanently discolored white. I can’t get it back to its original black color. So, the work was great, but the condition of the detailing was very poor.

Kristina Steinberger was absolutely amazing (as was Tammy). Between work and school I have very little extra time, and these ladies made the process quick and effortless for me. I needed to leave town for a family function and had an untimely death in the family and Kristina made sure all my accommodations were met, including car rental and dealing with the insurance company. The tow hook cover that I repeatedly stated needed to be replaced was not fixed and popped out the same day I drove th car home. Also the Rental car that I returned to carstar and was told by the representative they would contact enterprise never did and I've since been charged 3 extra days on the rental car. I will be returning tomorrow to have the tow hook cover looked at.
