I brought the car in describing a noise that I wanted checked out. It was still there when I was called in to pick up my car, and only at that visit was it quickly acknowledged and I was told to leave the car there again. While it wasn't *that* obvious of a noise, it was pretty clear when I pointed it out, and I would assume that a mechanic would have an ear for these things.
The people were really nice, but disregarding the one thing I asked to look into made me not completely satisfied with my visit.
