I was not happy with the work. I don't understand how the vehicle was given back to me on 2 separate occasions with unsatisfactory work. That being said Paul Ries as of now has made every attempt to fix the situation

Cars are not my expertise, so I was nervous. I can't imagine a better experience. Paul Reis and Sons offered courteous and professional service. Very easy, I just dropped off my car and they dealt with the insurance company. No hassle from my end. I was called when the car was ready. Honestly, it looks better than before the crash. They even cleaned the inside of my car. I would recommend this place to everyone.
