My car has new damage that was not present prior to being in this shop. When I called the shop to report this. I was told by Steve that there is no way they could have caused this damage without him even looking at my car. He did not ask me to bring my car back in so it could even be assessed. I instead had to reach out to the insurance company instead. This is not to mention my tire being painted in the process of their work which he did say they could have done this but not the other damage. Sloppy work and poor customer service when dealing with issues.
