I am very satisfied with the proffesional and friendly service they provided. They have a good staff of people there and the work they did was out standing.I will recommend them to all my friends. I have called my insurance company and told them the same thing.

The repair place called Friday, February 17 at 4:30 pm to let me know my car was ready and they closed at 5:30 pm. I work until 5:00 pm and could not leave early without giving notice to have my area covered. The repair place was only open in Saturday's till noon. I had a morning meeting at church. I had to get up extra early to pick up my van and drop off the rental and was charged an extra day for the rental. I feel the repair place should have called ealier in the day so I could have made aggraments. I did contact my claim adjuster at 2:00 pm on Friday asking if the replace place would call me and she said yes. Not satisfied with the place at all.

Please, give the outside date of completion and let me be pleasantly surprised if it is earlier. It was very disheartening to be told for 3 weeks that it would be finished almost every other day. This went on for weeks and made me really unhappy.
