Car looked great, and Chad was very helpful and proactive about communicating throughout the process.
One comment: the interior still had my paper coffee cup and a small coffee spill from the accident. It otherwise looked like it had been cleaned and vacuumed but it would have been nice if the trash and the spill were cleaned up. No big deal, though.
Overall Chad was great and everything looks like it was beautifully repaired.

The work that the 65th location did looks great! Was most impressed with customer service I received at the Hollywood location. Since the Hollywood location was so busy, they made all the arrangements for repairs at the 65th shop. Was able to drop off and pick up my car at Hollywood shop which was really convenient for me! I have found that the bumper cover that was taken off and painted is loose. You can physically move it up and down, etc. Appears that one of the screws will not tighten that holds the bumper in place. Other than that, it seems like everything is very good.
