John Engel, was very thorough in explaining the process during his initial assessment of the damage to the car, he had a caring demeanor in setting up my drop off appointment and followed up with the insurance approval, just as he said he would. Ryan gave me a few updates during the process via text, that were just enough information. Ryan took the time to ensure I could pickup the car outside of my normal work day. He walked me through the work and the warranty and I got in my CLEAN car and went on my way. Awesome job all around! I left a 5 star review on yelp for Mackin’s.

Since I have my 20009 Honda Fit, I have always taken my car to Mackins. Any and all work done there had been above and beyond what I expected. Awesome!
