We live in Ashland, Oregon and brought our Tesla in for body work after it got backed into. Your shop people worked with us to get a time when we were in town and could get the car in. It was done when promised with a minimum of inconvenience for us. Also your staff went to bat for us with the insurance company which made the experience very easy for us.
