Molly mistakenly told me on the phone I would have to pay around a thousand dollars, instead of 500 for the deductible.Consulted with my insurance agent--it was just 500. When Molly was explaining paperwork to me, she referred to when I "freaked out" about the mistake. I found this to be unprofessional. I reacted the same way the average person would to learning they were being charged a lot more than expected. The difference between ****,000 and 500 is kind of big--like 500 big.

Nice Job we had an issue with insurance covering rental car but Peggy was helpful in giving us guidance on how to get reimbursed Tail light got mysteriously broken but Molly was so helpful immediately rectified the situation which clearly shows that Customer Satisfaction is your top priority!
