We called back due to some concerns and the gentlemen was suppose to call us back two days ago to try to rectify the situation. We called again yesterday and left a message with the front desk lady. He has still yet to call us back. In our original conversation he made a comment that he would do everything to make us happy. Well not calling the customer back after repeated attempts on our behalf is very bad service. So thus far we are very unsatisfied customers!
