The reps were curtious but paint quality is something to be desired. Theres fish eyes in the paint and clear coat is hazy. Bumper alignment is off as well. Taking it elsewhere to be fixed properly.

The only thing I would change is having the customer’s rental car already at the shop instead of telling them that SK will take care of everything and then making them wait for a ride to enterprise once they’re there. Or at least explain the process better over the phone before the appointment.
