I haven't had to use a body shop before and I was concerned about how I would be treated and how my vehicle would be repaired. Michelle put my mind at ease. She explained the entire procedure to me and invited me to stop by at any time of the day to see the progress first hand. Michelle kept me up to date daily on the progress. When I stopped by to see how things were going with my vehicle she took the time to show me my vehicle and explain every step of the procedure. Michelle, made me feel at ease. I am glad I chose Service King to perform the repairs to my vehicle. If I every have the need to utilize Service King again I will make sure I visit the shop in Ocoee, Fl as long as I can deal with Michelle again, she was grest.
