What I thought would be a very stressful process turned out to be the complete opposite. Mike the adjuster was very friendly and extremely honest when it came to the car and what work may be required. From then on Michelle took care log any worries I had. Michelle was excellent with communication throughout the entire process and kept me updated on how the car was looking, and when I could pick it up. She organized a time that was convenient for me to pick the car up, which was much appreciated.

There was a lack of communication between Service King, Enterprise and Gieco. The three companies told me different times for the completion of the repairs. Overall the quality of the work done by Service King was perfect. But the little details; lack of internal communication, incorrect name on file, and failure towards individual attention, has made up my mind to avoid returning to Service King in the future.

My car looks like nothing ever happened to it at all and it was finished 5 days AHEAD of schedule.
Michelle offered superior customer service. When I walked in to pick my car up after over two weeks she knew who I was without me having to say anything.
I hope to never need collision repairs ever again, but if I do, I will absolutely return to Service King in Ocoee.
