When someone has damage done to his/her car, there are questions that immediately come to mind,****) will my insurance cover it; 2) will I have to fight with them for coverage; 3) will the company fixing car do it right; 4) will they cut corners to get it done quick; 5) when will I get my car back???? The answer to all of these questions is a resounding "No Problem ". GEICO treated me like a valued customer and Service King went above and beyond to fix my car. I could not be happier with both companies and I will highly recommend them to all my friends and extended family.

Not reallt happy with my overall repair. The underside of the car, or the side that was repaired is not smooth like the other side. Both sides of my car visually look okay, but the undersides do not match. To top it off my tail light/ turn signal on the back passanger side do not work. The light worked before bringing in for repair. Overall rather displeased with the repair of my car.

The two ladies who met me when I arrived, Michelle and Kim, went around my car noting everything that needed to be worked on, explained, exactly what was going to happen, told me I would be getting daily updates on the progress and ultimately fulfilled every promise. They definitely had a "whatever it takes" attitude towards me and my automobile. I will highly recommend them to anyone whoever needs to know a great, honest and loaded with Integrity place to take a car that needs work.
