The office staff was welcoming, as well as the technicians. Their estimated time was to the point. Dropping off the car and picking up was a breeze. Overall great customer service.

The work on the car came out great as far as I can tell, but my car was taken Friday via tow truck August 30 and I didnt hear ANYthing so I called on Thursday Sept 5 and asked for an update and was told "we cant do anything to your car until you sign an authorization and quote" this was news to me no one had ever called and let me know. Then they said the person who id need to talk to would call me back after his lunch, so when he finally did he asked me if I had the keys......i said no.....and he was like oh...um let me go check. Then when he called back again stated oh the keys were just sitting on the seat. Soo my vehicle was sitting unlocked with keys kn the seat Friday Saturday Sunday Monday Tueaday Wednesday Thursday......anyone could have taken it or done God knows what. Meanwhile it's just sitting there and I have 3 children and no vehicle. Then i was told just to come down and sign it and i explained I was an hour away so it got emailed to me to sign. After that I was pretty much updated every couple days via text. It almost wasn't ready the day they said it would be ready. On a lighter note it looks and runs great.

ServiceKing did everything perfect, except rely on enterprise. Enterprise was informed that I wanted a truck, as the auto I sent into the shop was a truck. I called enterprise to confirm that when I arrived I would have a truck. I arrive and was told I could be held hostage for an hour, or take a Traverse.
**** when your business partner ruins the experience. I might come back. I might look for body shops that have more reliable rental partners.

I have never felt so violated by a company in this industry that takes little regard for people's personal possessions I feel violated. My vehicle is not a new vehicle but it's my property and personal property may not be important to anyone else but it's important to me I had my mother's jewelry I had my mother's Bible who has passed passed away in my vehicle because I was moving. It was thrown around as if it was trash I am so upset right now I couldn't even speak to anyone earlier today I would appreciate a call for this matter and I will let Geico know what I had to deal with.
