Although I am satisfied my car still shakes when I am idling at a stop light or stop sign. I took it back to Demontrond and was told that they couldn't find what I was talking about. So I 'm just going to have to bring it to Ford so they can check it out.

Communication throughout the process of repairs could improve.
Don’t tell someone on a Friday that thier car most likely will be done on a Saturday when the paint department isn’t there on Saturday.
Came to pick up my car it was completed and parked out front of the collision center. However, it couldn’t be released because the Geico Representative didn’t assess the repairs yet and they were gone for the day. This could have been communicated to the customer (it wasn’t) so I didn’t drive all the way to The collision center to find out I have to wait another day before my car is released.
