Few things went wrong . Had the car longer than promised

My car is in worse shape than when I brought it in. I trusted my insurance company when they suggested demontrond. Mirrors are messed up, front windows won't roll down( and they are suggesting that they didn't work when I brought them and I know they did because I used them when I dropped the car off), alignment is still messed up and the blinkers no longer turn off on their own. The geico rep said they removed one of the back windows so that it wouldn't be broken maybe that had something to do with my front windows not working perhaps? I had to pay out of pocket for a rental. I was told it would be 8 days. It was almost 2 weeks that they had my car. I dont have the money to continue to pay for a rental. Especially now that I have to take my car back again. I think I am entitled to a loaner car if they have to keep my car longer. This is uncalled for. As long as they had my car it should be in tip top shape, not worse. Also when I got it back it has a mildew smell. They shampooed the carpet and left it soaking wet. My college sticker is missing that I had earned from a grant I received that was sentimental. Yes I could pay for another but I won't. I demand this whole situation be made right.

When I got my car back I was very satisfied with every thing, the gentleman was extremely courteous thank you for your services.
