The insurance company told y'all to only replace two tires and wheels on my Mercedes. For some reason y'all replaced all four tires and wheels. Then when geico only paid for two wheels and tires, y'all held my car random and wouldn't let me pick it up until I paid for the wheels and tires that where 1300 dollars. That was the worst experience of my life and I will never come back.

I came to pick my car up on Friday and the repair on the tailgate was not satisfactory. I was told to bring the vehicle back on Monday so they can fix the tailgate. Then when I got into the car to start it it would not start the battery was dead. The fuse box cover was off and it did not appear the car was ready for pick up. Needless to say the car was left until completion of repairs and the car is ready for pick up. Special trip with me to pick up the vehicle and I was very unsatisfied with the procedure.
