I like the work that was done on the vehicle but feeling with the people week work at the different departments are the worst to deal with. My vehicle was at the dealership for over two months. I never knew ergo was handling my case, my truck was not able to be found a couple of times and i never received any phone call our any type of notification about any updates to my truck in the two months it was there. The absolute worst.

The grille guard isn't provided as fully paid for over a month. And, the tire balance and/or the alignment works aren't done well as the truck is shaking too much when running. How long more I have to wait for the grille to be installed ??
