Great repair of the vehicle! Issue comes with the request for returning replaced parts and your rep agreeing to having them ready on completion. At vehicle pick up there were no parts to pick up. The answer was that all parts were shattered beyond the point of holding them. That was not the case when the car was taken in! I was not in a mood to make a fuss, but I will reflect that point.

A lot of the scratches were just painted over my bumper and hood are offset my tire is back left loosing air. My side mirror is all scratched up and it just seemed off when trying to set my mirror so I can see.

No repair was done. The representative made me feel like they were to busy to fix my ford flex. They stated parts for my vehicle were obsolete but when I looked into it I was able to find the parts. So instead of attempting to fix my vehicle your office wrote it off as a lost.
