We have explained through email but overall was not satisfied with timeliness of things or not being able to pick up the car at customer's time frame. We still have not gotten it and will pick up it tomorrow AM. Would be good if we could talk to someone about our experience. Thanks.

****. Your emails called me Peter, my name is Diane. 2. Your emails said the car would be ready Friday at 5pm, even after I had picked up the car. 3. I have to take the car back in next week to fix poor repair work; there are visible brush marks in the repair area of the bumper underneath the new paint. Estimate is ****-2 days to fix the bad repair work. Quite an inconvience. Initially left the car for 5 days; M-F, now I have to bring it back for another 2 days to fix the poor repair.
I picked Sunroad because the YELP reviews were 5 star, but so far the only good part of the experience has been the wonderful ladies working the check-in counter. To be continued ...
