Coastland is very easy to deal with. My car was completed on time and the repair was excellent. My car was very clean when I picked it up. I'll refer them to friends and family anytime.

Although the vehicle looks great and the repair was done well it took just short of 2 months to get our vehicle back. That is a bit excessive in my opinion to repair damage to a 2014 vehicle. Especially when the damage was less than $5,000.

Not that it was necessarily your fault, but it took much longer to get my car back than was originally projected and anticipated. It cost me over $500 in car rental fees for that length of time. At one point I was told there was potentially a loaner car available, then told no? That could have saved me a lot of money in car rental cost.
