Every experience we had with Carstar Lou's Auto Body was extraordinary - from the first interview on the phone with Dave Cook to him picking up my wife at the Milwaukee airport after the repairs were complete.
We live in Texas and had an accident in Wisconsin and were totally unfamiliar with area repair shops. After conducting some research with the help of our USAA rep, we chose Lou's and so glad we did. What a great team! Just picked up the truck and everything looks like new. We know if we have a problem, we can go to a Carstar shop in Texas. 5-star experience.
