Outside body work was beautiful. Completely replaced all parts, painted and shiny. Good as new. My concern was about the cleaning done. It looked like they attempted to clean the car. The outside was washed but had streaks all over the windows. The carpet mats appeared to be washed as well but didn't look as though they were vacuumed first. The backseat (leather) was covered completely in dust. If I had my child with me I would have complained indoors because there was no way I would have put them on that seat. I always say, if you're going to do something, do it right. The way the inside of the car was treated it might not have been cleaned at all since I had to clean it anyway when I got home. That was disappointing. Customer service over the phone and in person was great. Got several emails and texts with incorrect pickup dates. When I called to question it since they were conflicting Kelly was able to give me correct info, just not sure why I got incorrect emails and texts. Outer body work looks great.
