Hi Mike As we discussedI was not happy about the 3 week repair time for a relatively small repair. I hate to think how long it would take had the engine been damaged. I was also very disappointed in the lack of status communications. Had I not called at EOB the day before I was last told to pick my car up I would have been SOL whenI arrived on Friday. Was also a little put off that I had to as for someone to do a walk around with me when I was finally able to pick up my car. Other then some clear coat overspray on my passenger window and some welding slag on my driver side carpet, the repair itself looked fine. I will be looking for the updated invoice when you have time. All in all I'm sorry to say that using Canstar was not a good experience. Just saying.....Rick Doucette

Best body work I've ever had done on my car and it's been almost totaled 3 times, tou guys made it look better today than the day I bought it and it's a 2003 so that's really sayin somethin to make a 14 year old car look better than new. They also kept in constant contact, Kelly was great about calling everyday and they did a fast and extremely precise job which is not easy especially with an Audi. Every other time I've had it fixed I was felt like they were keeping it to her three times longer than it needed to be but in this case absolutely not they did a perfect job and now that I live in the area they are definitely my go to people for bodywork
