I think giving the customer more updates on your end is needed. Any time I got a update on my car it was because I called. Even when I was scheduled to pick it up I was suppose to get a call to tell me the time, I wait all morning and nothing. I finally call in afternoon and am told it won't be ready because there was a paint issue. I appreciate the attention to detail with the paint, but a call from you would have been helpful rather than me calling you. Overall, the car came out great and I am statsfied with the repair, but would have appreciated better communication.
