Have only one thing to say about Berlin Carstar, this is the place to go. I was hesitant to have any work done on my vehicle. They were friendly, professional and reassuring that the repair would be done to my satisfaction.

All employees were knowledgeable and courteous. I liked that Miguel walked around the car with me, inspected the damage and explained what would be necessary to repair the vehicle. The estimate given for the repairs was accurate, within a few dollars. My car was delivered back to me cleaner than when I left it. I was impressed with the pictures sent via e-mail as to the progress that was being made. I would recommend CarStar, Berlin, to anyone needing body work done on their vehicle.

On a side note in regards to the rental with Enterprise. The fact that they delivered and picked up the vehicle to/from Car Star saved a large amount of time. However, the vehicle itself smelled like an ash tray. It was not pleasant having to drive the vehicle with that awful smell.
