Monica was great--answered all my questions and worked with my insurance and Hertz to make sure all went smoothly. Ray was great to work with as well. Overall, great experience and would highly recommend! (Already recommended to my brother!)

I never expected you would go above and beyond my expectations but you surely did! Using new parts instead of recycled, agreeing to finish the work more quickly than expected, helping me with the scratches on the rental car, checking the tire sensors and resetting/replacing them, adjusting/fixing the headlights etc all the while sticking to the low quote I had received from another shop who missed items. JP deserves all the praise it has received on Yelp and more-simply the best auto body shop, full stop.

All the staff in JP Auto are professional and courteous, they took an extra step to explain all the procedures in detail and patiently answered all my questions. They have my car fixed right on schedule and I received a text report regarding the progress every few days. They replaced all the panels and the bumper that were damaged in the accident and repainted all the panels. The job was perfectly done! I couldn’t have asked for more!! Last but not the least, they even cleaned my car... My car looks brand new again. Jp Auto Body totally deserves a 5 stars rating for their service, highly recommended!!Thanks again to all the staff for your help!!
