Aaron was super great and really helpful. He provided me with an accurate timeline for repairs, set the expectations from the beginning, and stuck to his word. He was a great advocate for me when speaking to insurance who accepted liability on behalf of their insured and made sure to correspond with the rental car company making the whole process for me smooth and straightforward. I typically work with John through Geico but because the insurance paying was progressive, I couldn’t work with him. Nonetheless, Aaron made sure I had first class treatment and was just as great as John. He didn’t bother me with unnecessary information/updates and kept me informed through text message, saving us both a lot of time and hassle. Very friendly, outgoing, and courteous.
