John, the account manager was extremely helpful. I felt very comfortable with his recommendations on repairs and he kept me informed via text and calls along the way. When I picked up my car, the repairs were really well done and my car was beautifully clean. They even found a pair of sunglasses while cleaning that I thought I had lost years ago! The car came out so nicely, I contemplated having JP fix other cosmetic things not related to my accident. If I find myself needing car body work in the future, I wouldn't go anywhere else and would definitely suggest JP to friends and colleagues. The one stop rental/Geico stop was super convenient as well. Thank you so much!
