There was white paint left on the rear of my vehicle. When I addressed the concern I wa told by a gentleman that they don’t know the condition of the car when it came in and it probably was not them. After I kept pressing the issue that it looks like fresh paint they then buffed it out with compound. When I inquired about them using OEM parts like my insurance company recommended or if they used aftermarket parts the guy then said well sometimes they installed used parts to save money. I am not confident the work was done with new parts I am taking my vehicle to a shop to verify the work. Car seems to pull to the right even though they claimed they did an alignment on my vehicle. They also claimed they blended the paint to match. You can absolutely tell the front end has been repainted. I am not satisfied with the workmanship that was completed nor feel comfortable with what the gentleman accused me off with the white paint nor the parts installed on my car.
