I was very happy with the work in general. However, when I came to pick up my vehicle I was given a walk around review of my vehicle. I was asked what I thought and I stated it looked great. I then noticed that the license plate holder and license plate from the front of the car was missing. I was actually happy about this because i really did not want the plate on the car anyway, but I asked where it was located just so I can have the plate and the holder to keep. The manager who showed me the car said he would track down the plate and holder. He said I can go get the paper work started as he looked for the plate. I finished the paperwork, paid my bill, and received my keys for the car. The manager then came up the stairs and told me he did find the plate. I assumed they put it in the trunk, but to my surprise I found they bolted it to the front of the car! It was not even centered and was just slapped on. I can't believe they didn't even ask if I wanted it bolted on or not. So now I have holes in my newly repaired car. Not to mention it is not even centered. I really don't want it on there, but now I have no choice.

I know that GEICO screwed us both over with their refusal to give realistic draws on repairs which resulted in the totally unacceptable amount of time it took to repair my auto. But now my inner wheel well on the damaged side is falling off and my washer controls are REVERSED...Yeah, reversed! What am I to do?? Put the auto in for ANOTHER MONTH?
