Horascio was very kind, friendly, and had excellent customer service. He worked very diligently along with David from AllState to make sure my needs and concerns were met. In the beginning i was somewhat unhappy with the confusion and apparent lack if communication with the insurance companies, but was happy that Horacio was able to help facilitate the process.
