Robert took the car in on a Saturday and Rudy was my service advisor the following Monday. Both gentlemen were professional and courteous. Rudy kept me advised every step of the way, and was always available to answer my questions. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable. He even beat his estimated completion date. Do to a front-end Collision, one of the parts being replaced was a front headlight. They should have called and given me the option of replacing the other one, too, so that I had a matched set. Other than that, the service was outstanding.
