I am very disappointed today that the rear passenger dent and scratch on the right rear passenger door not fix. The dent is very visible. That dent and scratch was part of the verbal agreement that needs to be fix. Dent and scratch area were also sustained on the accident 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately, I am so tired and no energy to complain and argue. I am also in need of car at this time. I can not afford to lose another day or week of not having car because it affects my livelihood.
