This accident happened on 11/28/16. After working with the insurance companies and Service King, my car was repaired and ready for pick up on 12/23/16...less than 30 days after the accident. Your customer service is wonderful, your team was right on top of everything from answering my endless questions to keeping me informed of the progress. Also, when I picked up my car it was so clean inside and out it was as if it just rolled off the showroom floor! Service King could definitely train other companies regarding customer service. Thanks!

Car looked really good when I received it back! My only issue is that it took way longer than expected and I was given several dates it would be done instead of one firm date. If you had a feeling it would take a whole month to repair, how come I was told at first I would get it back after just 2 weeks? Other than that; I was satisfied with my expired at Service King.
