A tire was replaced with a touring tire instead of the existing performance tires. This is described in Perelli website. Not even the same class of tire. I was told there was an availability issue with matching the existing tire. I am able to order the exact match online from multiple suppliers. Mismatching tires is also a safety issue. Bodywork on door was not completed. Painted over ripples in the door.

Whenever the battery is disconnected & reconnected on an '02 Mercedes, the clock, radio & power windows must be reset. You did not do this on my Mercedes. Also, there is a defect in the left rear window frame that was not there when I brought the car in (should be black paint)...
