My promise date was pushed back 4 times and they had my car for over one month! It was promised before the holidays and was not provided. In the meantime there were no updates via email or text as promised. I had to call each and every time. When i finally received my car back, my door entry did not work and the headlights were uneven. These error were corrected and a few days later I discovered that the washer fluid lines are reversed. I now need to contact the service department again and be inconvenienced again. Horrible service. I will never go there again and I will strongly recommend everyone I know to stay far away as well. I contacted by insurance company and made sure this repair center will not be recommended to any of their clients. Very disappointed

My experience was excellent from start to finish. My husband was a little skeptical about everything at first due to past experiences with another vehicle but since it happened so long ago,(I believe when Service King in Peotone was under another name and management) we wanted to give our community the business. Dan and his staff were extremely helpful and everything went as Dan said it would. We were also able to schedule a rental car to meet me at the facility which was so convenient. When I got my car back my bumper looked great and my car was even vacuumed & I noticed armor all on my tires, something I did not expect! I will definitely be contacting this location for any future needs and I will be referring my friends and family there if they need service. Thank You for a great experience.
