Work performed appears to be very good. However, when I brought my car in I was told they were not busy and it would take 10 days to complete the repairs. The next day I brought my car in and they told me it would be 14 days. Hmmm. Then I received regular texts saying everything was going great with the repairs and then 2 days prior to the 14 day completion date I received a text saying the repairs took longer then expected and they added 5 more days to my repair. This happened the last time I brought my car in and I have them the benefit of the doubt. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. There will not be a third time!

I dealt with the office manager/estimator Jim who was very personable and seemingly trustworthy. Jim gave what I believed to be a fair estimate. Jim promised and delivered a three day turn around on the repairs. The office secretary, Christine (I Believe) always had a smile on her face and seemed very helpful. I received daily status reports on the progress of repairs and was very impressed by that. I would recommend any of my friend or family to get an estimate there. I would use you guys if I ever needed repairs in the future.
