Although the repairs to the vehicle were impeccable, communication about what was was being done and how long it would take was not. The repairs took nearly three times as long as estimated and ultimately cost three times as much. I was not given status updates as promised. I had to call myself to get the initial status update nearly a week after I turned in my vehicle. Toward the tail end of the repairs, I started receiving short text messages with general updates. When I texted back my questions, I got no replies. Overall, the experience was frustrating. In the end, my car looks great but the service I received and the exchange of information was subpar.
