My only comment is this: my receipt listed the the cost at "insurance pay," but it was "customer pay." Is the estimate different for "insurance pay" versus "customer pay?" If yes, then confirm with the customer who is paying for the repairs.

I was so impressed with how my repair was handled. They kept my updated every other day and the repair was completed earlier than first expected.
